Hola Todos!! Como Estas? Haha that’s my Spanish for today ☺…anyways today was a very exiting day for us! We started the day off with hotdogs for breakfast…a first for me haha then we had our morning devotions. After devotions we grabbed our tools and headed down to the famous “pit” for out last day of work. And finally after four 6 hour days of very hard work we have finally finished! Well actually 2 for me. After our last day of work we were rewarded with a few hours to our self and most people took that time to nap. We just got done listening to the house director tell us a little more about the house and how to sponsor a child. Now we are having a mini dance party (music courtesy of Dave Pallesen on the guitar…he is so amazing just amazing!!)
P.S. I know my parents have been wondering about my health and after 3 days of sickness and laying around I was able to work the last two days and definitely made up for my two missed ☺
I have been quoting Nacho lines like there is no tomorrow and it has definitely caught on with the rest of the group…even the accent.
I love you guys so much and I miss you all especially mom dad and the coops!

Now I will hand the computer over to my Amigo Kane Nelson! Wow…its been an awesome trip I love it here so much. My striker buddy (AKA Jesse) and I have been going at that BLAMMIN wall all day…I mean we even skipped lunch today just so we could get dirt out of that bottom corner. I loved it Jesse and I decided to have a Pokemon naming contest. Every time we hit the wall we had to name a Pokemon, we went for such a long time until we couldn’t do it anymore. Then Aaron tried it by himself, but he just ended up looking pretty stupid naming them by himself haha. Well the end came and then and we got it on film we made it so funny. Later that night Jesse and I went up to Johnny’s room and he gave me one of his jerseys.
Love all,
Kane Nelson
Alright Kane is a really slow typer so I am really sorry if mine isn’t as long as the other ones. Today was really super exciting because we finally got done with the blam project! Some people have faced sickness and some just ended up zapped out from all the work, but with the prayer of so many and the help of God many are being healed, but it is an unending progression. I ask that you would continue to pray for healing for the sick and strength for the weak. Every smile on the kids faces motivates us to keep going even harder and we all know as Sam did that our work for the Lord is never in vain.
Mom and Dad I love you so much and Alicia too. You guys mean so much to me, I am doing very well and I miss you so much! Love your little buddy.
Aaron God Bless you all

(Note to Buffalo Covenant parents: the church bus will be going down Monday to pick up the team. If you'd like to ride it instead of driving down, please be at church at 8:45pm...we will leave promptly at 9:00pm.)
Yay! It sounds like the trip is getting better and better every day. Awesome job finishing the pit, guys! (Even if you have interesting ways of entertaining yourselves while you work :])
It's good to hear that everyone has been feeling better! I will continue to pray for good health and safety.
Cod-Keep up the Nacho lines. haha. I'm sure Megs is right there with you on the amazing accent, and I can't wait to hear the improvement when you get back!
Have a wonderful last day everyone! Continue to do amazing things for the Lord!
Love, Chels.
hey guys,
I just want to encourage you to savor these moments with everyone, the children, leaders and fellow students who are with you. As you know the time is running out...just pour all your love out on these children and each other as much as you can!!!!! show as much service, love, and kindness as you can!!!!! These children won't be able to be with anyone (visitors like you) for a long time, let them remember each and everyone of you!! With all the energy you have left.....
LOVE THEM LIKE JESUS!
Hey guys,
Thanks for keeping up on the blog, and letting us know how things were going. You'll be home in another day or so. Make use of the last hours to love the kids, and to say thanks to everyone at NPH. Aaron ( and the other Sonshine lovers)--The rest of us are home from Sonshine now. Even tho we had a good time, it just wasn't the same without you. No water fights, no late night swims, no heat, minimal storms... Well we made camping reservations for next year already, so you can look forward to that. I'm glad that you have stayed well (and the others have gotten better). It is another experience that God has allowed for you, to help mold you for what you will be someday. Tomorrow is in His hands. We can't wait to see you all soon. We'll pray for safe flights and a good nights sleep.
We love you Aaron (and the rest as well). Thanks much to the chaperones, the SBS staff, and NPH leadership. We will continue to keep you in prayer.
Tim and Susan Oie
